Hi Hope!!
This is interesting information that a tumor can disappear with medicine! I knew it could maybe reduce the size but never known it could eliminate a tumor. My tumor (that is if I ever had one is possibly one that disappeared too) but not due to any medication I ever took that I am aware of. I have "partial empty sella syndrome". In simple terms it is where my pituitary gland has been pushed or crunched to the side of the bony structure that holds the pituitary gland. I am told it could have been caused by head trauma, or a tumor that has disappeared, or the spinal fluid entering the bony structure applying pressure on the pituitary so my gland seems to have atrophied or gotten smaller. My growth hormones are in question and I will undergo another stimulation test this coming Wednesday.
All the best to you!
Marty
