I am excited to read your recommendation for amino acids for anxiety and will try it soon.
 
I have found, especially in winter time, that if I take the following, per my holistic doctor, that my down-in-the-dumps feelings and anxiety-for-no-reason go away:
 
Vit. B6       500 mg
L-Methionine  500 mg
Zinc           50 mg
 
I see that you already mention B6, so you might try adding the others and see if the combo works even better.  I am going to.
