This is a joke ?

Mplayer play perfectly the flv vidéo, you just have to install mozillaplugin
or kmplayer.
(the only small problem yet is the mandriva version don't support to play it
as stream, but after save it on disk it play perfectly)

Play online video for linux is easy as soon as you have mplayer+mplayerplugin
for browser installed (and use well know codecs like xvid|ogg|h.264|mp3 for
example)

It's completely stupid to remove win32-codecs from plf mirror, plf is designed
for problematic licence software...

And remove win32-codecs would mean for me that :
urpmi mplayer kmplayer win32-codecs
mplayer any_video_audio_file.unknow_format_for_other_player
Will stop working.

One of the most reason I switched to linux was under mandrake 9.0, it played
me every video I had without dealing with WMP codecs install hell...
