Almost exactly. In fact, it is so close I am wondering if somehow Firefox 3.0.3 on OS X is also using the buggy librsvg library to render? You have obviously got good results for a very old version of firefox (from Debian oldstable?), and I do as well for the firefox version 2.0.0.14-2 on Debian testing, but I only have the above speculation about what might be going on for OS X, and an extremely recent version of firefox. I hope to get to the bottom of the issue for librsvg which will cover off at least display and rsvg-view. Do you have access to other svg viewers on OS X such as earlier firefox versions?
