Laurens, I assumed that this feature (any HotSyncing) was still in development, because with the 02Dec release the Hotsync radio button on the Main tab of the Destinations dialog is disabled. It's documented as working in http://jpluck.sourceforge.net/gettingstarted.html but there's nothing telling me why I might not be getting the radio button enabled.

My jxl shows

HotSync Destinations work fine with command-line Python plucker and with Plucker Desktop.

I've been eagerly awaiting the next release for three purposes:

1. The upcoming exclusion lists
2. Hoping HotSync would be implemented (not realizing that apparently it doesn't like my setup)
3. Hoping a content bug that sometimes shows in mid-sized sites, especially the Seattle-PI, that causes the same few paragraphs of one page to be inserted into most links, would vanish.

Until then, due to the HotSync problem I'd been mostly using Desktop/Python despite the speed. Is there some magic for getting HotSyncing enabled?
