I removed the handheld destination and tried again. Result was file was not sent to Install Tool for installation to handheld. In fact it did not appear there at all. But it was lurking in the background. When I then sent another (any) file to the Install Tool and changed its destination to the card, my Plucker channel file appeared there too, directed to the card. The answer to your other questions is that each time I tried before, when the file appeared in the Install Tool directed to the handheld it was to the handheld only, not the handheld and the card. I can understand the problem as you and Fringe Ryder have now explained it, but I'm more than a bit out of my depth, and till someone comes up with a solution I'll stick to the manual re-direction.
