Basically its like a religious movement, and remember
we are the minority group here.

My personal exp. is that people don't care a damn
about values. They don't care if the software is free
or not. Internet will be used to find cracks of
proprietary software. 

My friend who has got a net connection does exactly
that. He shares software over the LAN. 

But maybe we need more jehadis(and plug has quite a
few of them) to wage a war. And even more number of
missionaries who go into deep into the land of the
bonded and teach them values of freedom.

Combine that with excellent local and internet network
infrastructure, and we can have our RedHat's and
Suse's in India prospering...
