Basically its like a religious movement, and remember we are the minority group here.
My personal exp. is that people don't care a damn about values. They don't care if the software is free or not. Internet will be used to find cracks of proprietary software. My friend who has got a net connection does exactly that. He shares software over the LAN. But maybe we need more jehadis(and plug has quite a few of them) to wage a war. And even more number of missionaries who go into deep into the land of the bonded and teach them values of freedom.
