... which, I would venture to say, would come full circle: the PLUG
list would then be relegated to a list nobody reads as people will
jump into the "linux-advanced" mailing list.

Of course, I may be completely wrong, but I have a feeling we just
need to enforce the ranks rather than try to segregate more.
