It is easy to say that a certain game runs on Wine. The Wine Database
is useless as the difficulty for actually installing the game varies.
Last version of wine it is ok next version it is not, that kind of
thing. Most standalone games have license anyway and you have to pay
to be legal and you can't get away with it. AMDG.

Profitable games on the Internet Cafe setting are the online ones.
Most online games are pay-for-play or free-to-play but with premium
items for sale. RF, RAN, O2JAM, Audition,MU,Ragna,Silkroad. Since the
software is free and more in-demand, this is the realistic type of
games that should be tried to make to work. And there is gameguard.

A few internet cafe can live on surfing alone and no games. That is
why a smooth desktop is needed at least for now. Most useful apps are
browser-based anyway that why I would like to see Firefox configured
with minimum plugins and as easy as possible to install. YM-like (ill
ask a friend shop owner if meebo is acceptable) and cafe timer as
minimum.

Actually it is easy to say try this and this. What we really want to
achieve is we tried this and x% of users like it or feel it is y% the
same as this app that runs on windows or otherwise.
