Mission and Vision. If the problem is "what is PLUG's Mission" then why not talk with Bluepoint again? they have been doing Linux advocacy for years and years, with a good level of success. They also have entree into a variety of open-source events which the PLUG-at-large is totally unaware of... and they certainly have the vision.
