All the above phones have GSM modems. So does the 9110 and 9210, I forgot
to mention these. Of course US variants like 7160, 7190, 8290, 8890 also
have the modem.

Premicell is either a PCMCIA GSM modem, or a standalone GSM PDU that
converts AT-commands to FBUS protocol, just like the software
implementation in Data Suite.

The phones above (and Premicell) all have GSM modems. The 6150 DOES NOT
HAVE A GSM MODEM. It doesn't get any simpler than that.
