Nope. not redo the wheel, but build upon the expertise.
Remarkable as what our individual achievements have done, we must use our
collective expertise so that we can build a cohesive system that can be
adapted to an office environment - something we can throw at TPTB and say,
"look, there's no reason for you to use anything proprietary anymore!"
