too time effort to be wasted on yet another Linux distro.  why not build on the 
strengths of the distros that we currently have?  believe me, the last thing that this 
sector (government) would like to have is yet another distro, your PLUG Linux 
distro.......the wealth of bits and pieces in the current distros is more than enough 
to accomplish what you intend to.
