sa 3D games! DDR and RDRAM can deliver twice the bytes per clock cycle. that means improved RAM latency and bandwidth when transferring large 3D textures (the skin of your 3D objects) over the system bus between your AGP video card and RAM, and/or, between CPU and RAM, etc...
syempre not only for 3d games but you did say it would be mostly for your bro's 3d games right?
