Emacs will not run anything you don't feed it. In particular, it's
not stupid enough to automatically run random elisp code embedded into
an attachment that it receives, as some other programs are. You have to
give it a command to run any elisp code, either as part of your .emacs
file or by giving an explicit M-x eval command. Well, anyone stupid
enough to do THAT on random elisp someone sent them in an attachment,
perhaps shouldn't be using Emacs. Maybe they shouldn't even be using a
computer at all!
