It's not clear what version of plugin you are using. If you are using DASH I would have expected you to be posting in the DASH thread. I doubt the issue is IPv6 because I think nothing in LMS handles IPv6 specifically so I'd except an LMS failure before a specific plugin one. 1.If using DASH version of plugin make sure it is 1.5.3. 2. post on the DASH plugin thread as it avoid conflict between plugin versions. 3.
