I'm running only the Store version 1.3.3. Originally I used the Windows Installer but deleted that and started to use the apx version you provided on OneDrive. When I first started to use the apx version I think I remember having installed it alongside the Installer version but ended up with two running instances so deleted the Installer version - but that was some months ago and this issue has only been evident over the last two weeks. I haven't made any changes to my running Windows 10 or installed anything new - although there may have been some Windows 10 auto-updates.
