Unsurprisingly the reinstall doesnt work. SC still cannot find the Alien BBC basic.html. This may or may not be relevant but I timed SC7 start up. It is really slow - 100 seconds. SS under 6.4 was nearly instant. (I have an Intel pentium 4 3.07 ghz XP media Center 2004 / Pro SP2 - 1gb ram.
