And, to make things worse, some files use us and some use ms for the timings. For the frequency, you'll just have to guess but usually around 38000 Hz is a good start. The header stuff is also missing. It's unusual for a remote hot to send a header but if you just leave those parameters empty then it may work. Alternatively, steal them from a similar remote (eg RC-176).
