"Mmm, now that was good." Alex sighed as she finished and gathered the empty containers and put them in the trash and turned back to Nick "Want to grab your stuff while I'm here so we don't leave Rach alone?"   Nick gave her a half grin "Good thinking.  Be back in a couple."   He left and Alex looked at the bedroom door where Rachel was, opting to stand against the breakfast bar while she waited instead of sitting.   She ran through a mental check list of hwat she had to do once she returned to the main house and calculated the time that the others should be returning.   Busy day already.
