Milo walked down the dark passage he had seen Alex
take Nick. He heard them talking as he approached.
Alex was talking to Nick and didn't seem to notice
Milo... yet. Milo nervoushly uncapped the holy water.
He got as close as he dared and flung the holy water
at Alex hoping to free Nick.
And he would have made his mark had he not been spotted by half a dozen
vampires in his trek. As it was, the water missed Alex and splashed a
little on Nick, who closed his eyes against it and opened them to look wryly
at Milo "You missed."
Nick pulled against the ropes as Milo was grabbed and pulled back toward the
altar.
Alex tilted her head to the side, now beside and behind Nick, looking at
Milo curiously.
