Derek:
Derek liked the sound of that quite a bit.  It was safer and meant she'd be
close by much of the time.  In fact it would give them the chance to work
together frequently, which would be nice.  He nodded and a smile touched his
eyes.  "Not wrong," he corrected.  "The council will need to approve you for
duty before you can officially be added back into active duty.  It's a
formality," he added.  His concern was who would be sent to do this and what
he would do if they decided to deny the application for some reason.  This
was an unusual situation.  usually if someone came back, it was due to the
Dark Side.  Rarely, if ever did anyone come back from the Light.  He
suspected they might be a bit suspicious and rather hard on her and he
didn't like that.
