Derek shrugged. "I had a good time, but we weren't actually there for Christmas itself. My mother insisted that we be home for that. Considering that a majority of the population is Muslim, I suspect the holiday is ignored...well perhaps not the more secular parts."
Julia chuckled "Well this coming Christmas you'll have a wife resembling a butterball turkey. I bet you money Jonathan and Nick make the bun in the oven remark at least three times between the two." "Not if they know what's good for them," Derek told her with a faint smile. "I write their paycheck after all...that commands a certain level of respect."
