"Wouldn't have missed it." Their drinks came then, followed shortly by their soups.
"Well, I told you my most embarrassing moment," Julia admitted after a few spoonfuls of soup, looking at him curiously "Although they never knew it mind you..... tell me about one of your adventures." Derek took a sip of his drink and gazed at her over the rim of his glass. "When I was about 13," he said setting the glass down. "My father went off on a dig in Italy. I begged him to let me got with him, but he refused. So, the night after he left, I slipped out of the house and proceeded to follow him. I ended up getting lost in....Germany and my father had to leave the dig to go searching for me."
