You can get an external SCSI CD-RW and most should work fine using an early version of Adaptec Toast. You will also need the SCSI cable for Powerbooks which is easy to find. Yamaha made some nice SCSI burners. You should be able to make copies of CD's using Toast, but I've never tried making copies of anything but Mac format using early versions of Toast.
