Great advice, everyone. I don't want to mess my computer hacking it to run an unsupported OS. I want OS X for its stability :) I would also like to run a few Unix programs. But the general consensus is that OS X isn't ready for prime time yet *anyway*, so I'm not going to worry about it just now. In the meantime, I will look into a Blue & White G3 to turn into a OS X upgrade machine. I wonder though, what's so special about that particular case, besides the low price? I love the color scheme, but that can't be why it's so attractive as an upgrade machine. As for this guy here, I think I can get most of the functionality of OS X (as far as Unix programs go) by running Linux on it. At least Linux doesn't stop supporting machines every time it comes out with a new version :)
