I don't mean to suggest that CTM should understand all potential database problems, but I do feel that CTM should know enough to be able to tell somebody, who has made repeated requests through the "PowerMail Support" vehicle, the meaning of any specific error code that is specifically quoted to CTM in the context of a precisely described problem, accompanied by the crash log. Per your suggestion, I'll again examine emails I've received over the past few months to look for the usual suspects. Many thanks for your attention to my situation. ---Jay
