>They are, sometimes, slow to answer. But they do say if you have an >URGENT problem to put URGENT in your subject line to them. If I were you, >I would do it from your registered PM copy, not your new one. I will try that. Thanks for the suggestion, Barbara.
>That is another reason that we don't know quite what to say, that we >haven't had the same problems that you have so we don't have experience >to answer them either. Fair Enough. But every community needs a memory. Maybe a concerted community effort to persuade CTM to keep listarchives or make sure a third party keeps one could perhaps avoid that good knowledge is spread for the wind and prevent old things, thought to be "known by all" to keep reappearing. Because it seem likely that someone at some point had at least one of the problems like me. >>1. Select Mail Accounts from the Setup menu. The Accounts dialog box appears. >>2. Select the appropriate account in the list (it must be a POP account). >>3. Select the Receiving tab >>4. Click the Advanced disclosure triangle. The POP advanced options pane >>appears. >>5. Check "Retrieve messages left on server again". >>6. Close the Accounts dialog. Thanks, I actually did try that, but then I didn't dare to turn on "leave copies...on the server" again. So I'm not sure whether it worked for me. OK, so I'll turn it on now and we'll se what happens. >If that doesn't fit your situation, there is also at that same place in >the manual a link to sending a comment or a bug report to CTM via their >web interface. Good to know.
