[PRODIG] Urgent help needed for Fuji s2 on win 2000

Hi list


Have a friend with a model agency who has an S2 and her card reader has gone faulty (could be a symptom of the problem?)

She has plugged in the firewire cable and the camera says "downloading" but nothing appears on the desktop and nothing shows in 'my computer'

Any help folks?.... she needs to know today

Win 2000 is nothing I know about
