Dear All.,
I've been asked to supply a dig. file from a 6x6cm col neg. to produce a
print up to 5ft square.
I've got a Nikon 8000 and can therefore scan up to 4000dpi and at 14bits
etc. I also do my own Photoshop (6) work, for better or for worse, on a G4
using 9.1.
My question is this. What size file etc should I leave the scan/file at so
that it won't look crap at 5ft. I normally reduce the file down to 300dpi in
Image Size and set it at about 20nches for my portfolio. I've not supplied
anything like this before but suspect it will look rubbish at 300dpi.
Any other pitfalls(apart from profiles)?

Thanks in advance,
Simon Buckley
