Dear Everybody,
Thanks again for the replies. However I'm now starting to realise the depth
of my ignorance and am not completely following.
How do I interpolate upwards and what is it with the unsharp masking
already?
As it's obvious to me ( and you lot no doubt) that I'm a novice, could
someone just simply tell me what to do stage by stage?
This is what I think I should do from other emails.
scan at 4000/14bit, getting a file size of about 190mb.
Then in Image Size untick the resample box, set the document size to
60" and then do my Photoshop work. I think that gave me an automatic ppi of
97. The pixel dimensions remain at 100% (5826).
Yes or no?
You have to speak slowly, as if I'm foreign, and explain words that to me
are jargon.
Sorry and a big thanks,
Simon Buckley
