Similar to Nick, i had the epsons before the s9000 and after changing, i wouldn't for the world change back. For me, the most compelling reason isn't the quality of the prints (they're as good or better) but the speed at which you get them - the number of deadlines i've met because of this is huge. Infact, i'm waiting for a courier right now!
Dear Nick
I would have included my reply with the one to Nick if I had seen yours in time.....this is what comes of slowly working through postings and not reading all contributions to the thread first! This all sounds very encouraging.
I use epson matt heavy weight paper with it (profiled) and this seems to work just fine.
The only snag if it really is one is the stability issue...nothing is perfect! As for the lack of banding this is really good news because my experience with Epsons is that they do seem to have a tendency to easily clog even if very slightly which is something that I really hate. Am I right in thinking that the nozzles are easily and cheaply user changed?
Cheers
