Hi All

I think I am supposed to introduce myself but only subscribed a few minutes ago, and am in a position to help, so the intro can wait.

Not sure why you are getting 'choose application' but the installer does the actual download of the plug in, which is a bigger file. Perhaps you are not connected when launching, or does your browser need to be running? Indeed does it mean web application?

I have also heard that the software will not install on dodgy copies of photoshop - ie. it knows the serial numbers of widely distributed copies and refuses to work.

It is worth the effort, my 1Ds shots look massively better processed through it. I am even selling my fuji 6x9s.

best of luck

Help - I've just given Adobe my money & downloaded a file named 'Installer'. Double-clicking on it brings up a message 'chose application' but nothing I can find will open it - Stuffit Expander can't do anything with it. I can't seem to download another copy.

The help page tells me to contact Adobe.

The help line is closed.

Technical Supports mailbox is full (what does that say about Adobe!)

has anybody successfully installed this plug in?
