PNG has to be present, NOT SuperPNG, if you have that.  If PNG plugin 
is not present, this will not install.

Reinstall PhotoShop  (on the Mac....don't know about Windows.) if 
necessary.

I am on windows and for windows Installer.exe is a downloads manager
program by V-BOX, it knew I had bought the Camera RAW and JPFG2000
plug-in and downloaded it; I then had to run CameraRaw_JPEG2000.exe to
install the plug in. Double clicking Installer.exe when my internet
connection is on restarts the download process.
