I have tried....But the print is now coming out with part of the image
cropped by the printer (last bit that go's through the rollers). I've set up
a custom paper size (thanks Patrick) in Page Set Up with 0cm margins (can't
go minus !). But it appears to have an 'invisible border' at one end of the
print out that crops into the image by 1.7cm !

I have been printing the file with the orientation turned 90 degrees in Page
Set Up. Does this do 'weird things' to the final output and create 'blank
borders' on prints ?
It's a while since I went through this myself and I blotted out the painful memories but I think you have to offset in the custom paper size to deal with the crop. I remember some trial and error. Its coming back now.argh the pain!
I also seem to remember downloading some drivers from the Australian Epson site which have some of the odd paper sizes and no margins etc available. I've gone into denial again so apologies if I send you on a wild goose chase.
Do check Ian Lyons website though.
Patrick.
