This is basically what Canon are telling me. The fact is that I have done endless cleaning cycles and nozzle alignments. So many that I have had to fit new ink carts to the thing... Canon say not to bother with the 'Deep Clean' but to do three of the ordinary cleans. In any case, does a brand new set of heads/nozzles need cleaning? Three brand new sets in fact...
I did another two sets of three cleans this afternoon but can still see the lines.
I'm hopeful that I'll hear from Canon tomorrow and will keep you posted.
