This failed to make me smile although you might get a laugh out of it...
The guy at Canon who has taken it upon himself to make my life a misery sent me a CD yesterday with a 'High Quality' image on it, I just opened the parcel today.
Bear in mind that I am unhappy because I am basing my tests on a 'Poor quality image', namely the Barstow file, according to Canon.
The file I have been sent is from an EOS digital camera by the looks of it. It measures 3072 x 2048 pixels, 43.35 cm x 28.9 cm @ 180 dpi. 18 mb.
The barstow image is 2362 x 3348 pixels, 30 cm x 28.35 cm @ 300 dpi. 22.6 mb.
Both have been saved as jpgs. The above speaks for itself.
I did the required three cleaning cycles and aligned the nozzles and did a print. Lines are clearly visible, even at this time in the morning.
I'm beginning to think I must be doing something wrong somewhere... maybe I'm not getting the nozzle alignment thing right...
It's 8.00 am... is that too early for a drink...?
