Hi, It's been suggested by Jigsaw tech help that I try Tech Tools Pro 3.03 to try to recover the data lost by my hard drive crash. Has anyone any experience of using this utility, or should I go straight to the experts? - I'm trying to weigh up what I've lost against time/money to get the problem sorted out, and wondered if another utility is worth trying, thanks again, Kirsty.
