Hello,

Wonder if anyone out there uses medium format digital backs made by imacon
or the "eyelike" made by Jenopic.
I shoot mainly people on location mixing daylight with flash. I use a Rollei
6008 system (6x6), mostly handheld. This is relevant as I need a system that
allows me to wonder around without being attached to a laptop or tripping
over cables.
I was going to splash out on the new Imacon ixpress, possibly the 22 Mpixel
option. I was persuaded by the fact that you can attach this back easily to
the rollei as well as to any other camera, it's very portable and fast, I
already use an Imacon film scanner so familiar with the software, has a
colour display and the possibility of upgrading to the latest technology in
the future.
However someone else has suggested the "eyelike" as a much better option to
use with the Rollei, and better quality digital back all round. This person
is the importer for Eyelike in the UK so a more neutral opinion would be
appreciated.

Thanks for your help,
nic
