They also say that the credit company can be held responsible for the defect camera for the same length of time as the seller. New legislation which came into force as of 31st March this year allows you to peruse the credit card company for any amount from �100 up to �30K within a six year time scale. It was suggested to me that you put in a claim to both the seller and the credit card company immediately.
