Paul
Photoshop has a stop watch. It's called Timing. You can access it from the
popup at the bottom of each image window on the Mac and from the Status Bar
on the PC.
It's always frustrating to watch while you wait for Photoshop to perform
some op. However, we forget what we get used to. For example, you, meaning
one, will save a LOT of time just using the updated File Browser, Camera
RAW, Shadow/Highlight, Layer Comps, Web Photo Gallery, Photomerge, Layer
Sets, Creating new docs, outputting to multipage PDF, etc. It all depends on
your workflow.
