Are there any problems with the printer when it produces prints? It might be one of those messages that occurs for no real reason!
>>It produces prints ok It might just be worth checking inside to ensure that the rollers are OK, the print head is clean (there is a pad underneath the the inks that can get saturated with ink) >>There is undoubtedly a lot of ink around the pads, I'll investigate I take it there are no funny noises - or other signs that it is not working as you would expect. >>Apart from the screen message, it appears ok.
