In short....No! I think a nice new Apple 23" or 30" display is what's called for - I find an hour or two looking at a CRT leaves me with eyes feeling like they're full of gravel -(I know you're s'posed to take a 15 min break every hour, but real life and all that!) But...I still believe the benefits of digital outweigh the negative aspects (no pun, honest) and more importantly it should be used when appropriate (which can easily be 90% of the time). BTW, I shot some 10x8 trannies the other week and boy!, that was a joy looking at those on the lightbox!
