Hi If I remember correctly, the resizing in Camera Raw is using specific ratios and techniques based on individual sensor sizes. This would explain its fixed scaling amounts. It was suggested that doing the scaling based on the actual sensor data gave better results.
I've lost the reference where I saw this and was wondering if anyone has any definitive information?
