I am not trying to make the difference trivial, it would obviously defeat the point I am trying to make about the confusion in the marketplace. Businesses do not have time and resources to evaluate 12 different distros, they don't have time to try out three different versions of the same stupid Office software. They have businesses to run. This leads to delayed purchases and implementations, lost productivity and profitability. I am all for choice. I just have pointed out the serious and dark downside, which apparently is lost on some people.
