        I remember an old saying back when I was in the construction  
business: if you you don't have the time to do it right, where are  
you going to find the time to fix it?

        You don't need to try 12 distros; you only need to know that RedHat  
or Ubuntu or whatever will do the job. Obviously they are comfortable  
with ignoring *all* the distros and using Windows without knowing  
that it indeed is the best option.

        Once they settle on Windows, how do they decide which among the many  
anti-virus tools to use? Does having choice there lead to delayed  
purchases and implementations?
