Sounds like a leveraged buyout to me?
You buy the company, sell off the smaller assets make a profit and
dump the rest and all the employees are unemployed.  Heck it is the
American Way!

So all we have to do it jump start that Oil and pull off a 1 for 1
tariff of oil.

Wasn't that the plan?
