I didn't throw it, you didn't throw it, and most American citizens 
didn't throw it...it was the corrupt bureaucrats.  Hence my 
"anti-incumbent" voting stance.  And don't get me started on those 
scumbag crooks in the PA legislature that voted themselves a 51% pay 
increase at midnight.  Many of those aholes got replaced in the 
following election, and I saw many appropriate bumper stickers helping 
that cause.  One that sticks out:  "Remember the pay raise."
