You don't have the ability to set up email filters to, for instance, take all incoming messages with List-ID of profox and sender of '%madigan%', and delete said messages? I see you are using Microsoft Lookout. Although that is a pretty lacking client for reading mail compared with Mozilla Thunderbird for instance, I thought it did come with some semi-advanced mail filtering capabilities. Am I wrong?
