I moved from Outlook to TB 2 or 3 years ago. And despite liking the look 
and feel of OL2007 I'm still sticking with TB.

What I like:
- doesn't lock up or leave several copies running hidden like OL does.
- it's free
- I've not yet been unable to read a data file in TB - which happened to 
me a couple of times with OL

That's it really.  I don't use/need all the calendar and activesync 
stuff ...
